Smells clean. Staff friendly, professional and thorough. Physical therapist Daniel gave my mother daily strengthening exercises and improved well. Asher to best practice and complies to facility’s rules and state policy. Keep residents safe.?Check our temperatures before and after visit. Case manager Juanita explained the care plan to family and extent of stay according to medical review.
In my opinion,you shouldn't over crowd the patients,also find a way to remove the extra wheelchairs. Not made for families coming to see loved ones.I also suggest water therapy,I feel it's a great way to speed recovery.
I was worried when my mom had to go somewhere when she fell and broke her neck, but Premier has been responsive and addressed any concerns quickly and respectfully to both me and my mom. They really care about their patients.
