It was much better today. I did ask for assistance to help. Even for the lady next bed who had been waiting and waiting. The residents turn lights on for help needs improvement especially when they need help for restroom help and to get out of bed. They did come when I asked for help.There were people around. Kinda forgotten and left with no help. You should automatically check on them without me going to the desk. Thanks 😊 You know they are needing you. Stuck in a room and no sounds around you. No no. At least check in on them for yes help no not right now.
From the day I came to this facility they have been attentive to my needs from the moment I got here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful even if it's not their job they find somebody for me. The physical therapy portion of it is very good at their job and they encourage you in just the right way to continue trying to get better. I can speak to the nurse's desk anytime I want to and they are helpful to an extreme. Last but not least the food that served here is pretty good are very seldom gotten any food that I didn't like.
I stayed at this facility earlier this year and I was very happy with the service here. I received great rehab therapy. Nursing staff were very helpful. Thank you Premier for everything you did.
