Sean was amazing. Very patient and had to go around town to get my parts but fixed the issue within the promise delivery date. My issue took place right over a holiday weekend and the team helped to get it fix coming right out of it when I called back for a follow up
Needed my kitchen faucet changed. I was able to get an appointment same day. Plumber arrived as promised assessed the problem gave me the issue and proceeded to complete the project. Super plus when Jeremy finished he cleaned his work area very professional.
Darren was professional and knew exactly what the problem was. The dispatcher, was also professional and ensured that the repairman arrived and all was taken care of in a timely manner. I will use Precision Plumbing again if needed.
