I have been with Polar Air for many years. They have been prompt, accurate at diagnosing problems, and fairly priced. I would absolutely recommend this company. A breath of fresh air when compared to some of the others.
Short story: Polar Air was great top to bottom. Longer story: scroll down to Craig Maynard's review. That's literally my experience, both in vetting and getting quotes from HVAC companies (lol don't bother with Costco/Sierra) and ultimately, with Polar Air doing the replacement. It's pretty much word for word what I would write here. They were professional, flexible, responsive and did a great job. The perfect score here on Google is well earned.
Memo and Lalo were amazing. Had many bids for a system and they really had the best deal for a Lennox. They are the real deal everyone. Installed it quickly and securely. I would recommend them to anyone I know in this Valley.
