Spent days trying to find the right combination of fittings to hook up my icemaker to no avail. Stumbled into this place almost by accident and the gal behind the counter sold me everything I needed. I was very impressed with the level of service here.

Glenn gave me really good advice for selecting the right replacement parts for my kitchen plumbing. This saved me a lot of time. I’ll skip Home Depot and Lowe’s from now on, since I usually have to wait 15 minutes just to find someone to help me.

This was my fourth stop on a quest for a special sprayer hose. Although they didn't have exactly what I needed, the woman helping me took a lot of time working to configure something that would at least patch me up until I could order the correct hose. That kind of customer service was above and beyond what I had gotten everywhere else. PPC is a little out of the way for me but it'll be my FIRST stop next time I hit a snag.
