Gabby was extremely friendly, has a great sense of urgency and caring. She was able to get a technician over same day. He was amazing! Got right to work putting a WWE level smackdown on the issue. It fought back a little and he ended with a DDP slam dunk with the clog tapping out quick with a 1, 2, 3, submit. He had the toilet back in place and on his way. I happily recommend them and will use them for the future. Thank you so much.

After having major plumbing issues in the master bathroom in my home Plumb Crazy was on the rescue! I can't thank them enough for not only the professionalism but the prices and not taking us for granted especially when I called in after office hours. They were fast and quick! Luckily they had the parts to fix the issue in there warehouse so in no time the job was fixed and I was left completely satisfied! We had a great experience with Plumb Crazy. Our problem was the shower handle mechanism in the wall. No price gouging here. The customer service from the initial phone call was stellar. Pauline was pleasant and courteous. She sent out Joaquin for a free estimate. He was also professional and friendly and quick. He did a fabulous job. I have a new plumber that I can trust. I will recommend this company to all my family and friends
