I was referred to this firm by my real estate brokerage and reached out to inquire about CPA services for my LLC and another business. When I called, I was directed to email instead to get my questions answered and schedule an appointment. After following up via email, I finally received a brief response stating they do not handle nonprofit work and are not accepting new clients until after tax season.

I used them for a few years for very basic income tax return . But as soon as I started questioning their fees , I received a disengagement letter without any explanation. They should have the basic etiquette to respond back to a client’s email. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional !!

Filed some papers to the IRS & was told the process would be followed through. Papers got returned & the issue was not resolved. Wasted my money. Went elsewhere the following year with no problems.
