Had to get our hot water heater replaced. Ended up getting a tankless water heater installed. They had a bit of a problem with a part, but these two did an outstanding job of taking care of us, and getting everything dialed in. Fair and follows through. Which is refreshing nowadays. Highly recommend doing business with these guys.Thanks Jason and Frances.

After 4 bids I decided to go with Passionate Cooling. They were great from beginning to end and their bid was very competitive. They took great care of my home and was able to install it the next day for a whole house heat pump unit. They even fixed the drywall! I would recommend Passionate. I have no regrets.

Jason was quick to come look at our unit when our heater suddenly stopped working. He was thorough in explaining the issue and how we could proceed. We had other options, but since our HVAC was old, we opted to replace it and Jason was able to guide us through the process with great professionalism and efficiency. He was available for questions at all times before and after replacing the unit and he went above and beyond to make us confortable with the service he provided. Overall, we felt that the team was knowledgeable, gave us a good price and great service.
