Excellent spa . Everything is impeccably clean , respectful ambiance . The gym is great . Honestly if it had a squat rack then it would actually be a complete gym . But still deserves 5 stars overall

Made an appointment to get a prenatal massage 2 weeks before my due date (I definitely should’ve booked earlier I know ??‍♀️) super easy to make the appointment and very helpful staff for one, unfortunately began to labor early and they were beyond sweet and understanding of the situation and and helping me to cancel. Just off these interactions alone I know where I will definitely be booking my first deep tissue after I have the baby! ??❤️ thank you guys again, customer service TOP NOTCH!?

Wow..what can I say! You know I keep it real in my post. I found this place on Yelp and I was not disappointed at all. The only call out is Google directions will get you twisted around. I recommend giving yourself extra time because it's a little confusing to find the location. Nonetheless, Kay was amazing at the front desk. She came outside and saved us from driving around in circles. The place is very clean and the rooms are beyond relaxing. I set my wife up with an Appointment with Sam. Omg Sam is AMAZING!!! Very knowledgeable and kind. With my wife having a pinched nerve we thought this would be good for her shoulder. We requested a none silent massage and Sam walked through all of what he was doing. He helped make sense of what was going on with all her problem areas and made her first massage session MAGICAL!!! I recommend this place for a self-care experience as well. I felt very relaxed after leaving and I didn't even get a massage!!! The rooms are very clean, music is relaxing, and the room felt amazing (temperature control)!!!! I love that they create a wonderful atmosphere for their clients. I signed up for the membership because it is a great price point and you can provide your free massage to a friend or loved one, your free monthly massage rolls over if you don't use it, and it's TOTALLY WORTH THE EXPERIENCE!!!! I wish
