They did an outstanding job. I was very impressed at the professional work and the high quality materials used. The estimate was very reasonable and the repairs completed included strengthening support roofing so it will withstand any high winds. The finished product was perfect.

Just had Palapa Depot out to Rethatch my 16’ patio papapa. The workers were very knowledgeable and had my palapa bristling with new Baja thatch in no time. They cleaned up and took away all the rubbish (when it comes to old thatch, the rubbish is always bigger than the original). I almost wish I didn’t have to wait 5 years to have them out again. (not really)

I love my new palapa! Brings my backyard to a whole new level. Can’t wait for my second one. Owner CJ is very courteous and reasonable. Super nice workers. Especially Oscar, Luis and Ben!
