I was having some pelvic floor pain and went to Katherine for advice. The exercises and stretches she recommended for myofascial release were so helpful and just a few days later I was no longer experiencing the pain!

This is a long overdue review. I have been seeing Kathryn since January of 2023. I injured myself in 2014 and that injury flared an underlying genetic condition I didn't know I had before. Kathryn helped me feel heard because every doctor I saw for 9 years just gave me pills that didn't do anything and they thought I was crazy when I said I could feel things moving inside my body. Kathryn never made me feel crazy, she was so understanding and considerate of my situation and she listened to whatever weird thing I had to say. Kathryn makes her space incredibly welcoming and comfortable. She even heats towels and blankets that are super relaxing to have placed on you when she is working on you. She plays very relaxing music of ocean sounds and Native American wood flutes. I look forward to every session I have scheduled. Within the last month I have had so much movement of fascia back into their correct positions that sometimes I sit and think that I am so grateful for all the positive changes I made with my life and finding Kathryn was the best thing for me, she has improved my quality of life immensely. She does give out homework in the form of different exercises and she gives out fabulous trail recommendations in Las Vegas. Kathryn is amazing! She took the time to listen to my laundry list of pain issues and is helping me work through each one. She does a fantastic job of explaining what happens in your body on a cellular level and how it can be healed with the techniques she practices. She empowers you to keep the healing going by sending you home with stretches and meditations to do on your own. She just exudes calm, loving healing energy. I highly recommend her!
