OptumCare Orthopaedics and Spine is praised for its excellent doctors, such as Dr. Iain Elliott, who provides personalized and effective care. One patient was prescribed a helpful shoe for toe arthritis, while another credits Dr. Elliott for their successful broken pelvis recovery. However, there is disappointment regarding the office's closure and move to UMC, with hope that the transition will be smooth and current doctors will continue practicing there.
So very disappointed that Optum Orthopedic closed this week and moving to UMC on November 1.I do hope transition is good and that both of my Ortho doctors move to UMC so I can continue getting the great care.Wonder what prompted this huge decision that will affect so many patients.
My review is focused on Dr. Iain Elliott who works at this office. Thankfully, I was forced into Dr. Elliott’s at UMC after I was involved in a car wreck and woke up to his explanation of why I needed surgery on my broken pelvis. A few months later, I am recovering rapidly and Dr. Elliott has treated me as if I was his only patient every time I have gone to see him. Though I am a religious person, medically, I credit Dr. Elliott, his team, and their combined medical decision-making with my recovery. Thank you so much.
I now have had both knees done by Dr Koe and he is great and the staff is great. I have never had a Dr that had me so prepared for surgery. I had all the post op equipment and pain medicine before the surgery. He had me up and in rehab two hours after surgery. If you need any orthopedic work done research and check out Dr Koe M.D. you won't be disappointed.
