Love this place. Its a smaller gym, which I like because you can get hands on with their trainers who ask you all the right questions and fit your workouts around what you want and need to work on. Gavin was really good about figuring out my imbalances in my hips and focusing on workouts that would strengthen that. Overall a really neat all in one spot.
There is no comparison when it comes to physical therapy! They know what they are doing! Do yourself a favor and reach out to George! He is a magician! Had my back feeling better on the first session!
George at Optimize Physical Therapy has been great to work with. I was recovering from a broken bone in my ankle and he was able to help me strengthen that ankle and get back on the tennis court stronger than before. He has much more knowledge than any other therapists or trainers I have worked with previously. I have been very happy with my experience!
