If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Their equipment hasn't worked for over 6 months and after hours on the phone they haven't done anything. Come get your stuff I'm done. You are an excuse of a company.

We have been clients of Office1 for nearly a decade and decided to upgrade our printer. The sales rep we worked with, Mark Otero, was helpful in the sales process but left us in a predicament after the delivery. Part of the deal was to take away the older copier we purchased from them as a trade in. But Mark stated after the fact he marked it on the paperwork as "trade in and leave", meaning there is nothing to trade in and the prior copier is left in our possession. We are now stuck with the choice of attempting to dispose of an extremely heavy machine or pay an additional $225 to have Office1 pick it up. They have a very dishonest way of doing business. We got them in a package with our Ricoh copier along with our store. They charge you a yearly fee for a service contract (ours was bout $400) on top of that if you print above 750 color pages every quarter they charge almost 10 cents above that per page and almost 2 cents for the BW above 2,250 prints. Just to be clear, we own the copier outright. It honestly doesn't make sense to have a contract with them, they charger for every little thing even though you pay them a yearly fee. They do cover the toner and any problems that you may have with your copier, but with Youtube and the internet you can pretty much do anything... read full review
