Yesterday I had a toilet replaced, installer was very neat and efficient but noticed I needed a new flange. I was charged $150.00 for maybe a $7-25 piece of equipment. Too bad as this was a totally outrageous charge hasand has affected my review.
I had an emergency and needed my kitchen faucet replaced and installed due to a plastic piece failing and beginning to leak. They were super busy but hearing my problem over the phone, the owner came out himself and replaced the faucet. He had to crawl under my kitchen sink like McGyver which was really something because the area was so hard to reach and get to. Top notch service and professionalism.
