Good experience everyone treats me great...they always sign me in before I say anything...they are helpful and understand my personal problems in always needing a female present when the big doctor sees me and I normally have a female doctor working under the doctor who is a female. Thank you for not making me feel like I am crazy for requesting a female always so I can feel confident and not miss anything that I may need to tell the doctor

Everyone at Nevada Pain Care was kind and professional. The staff was helpful, the receptionist was welcoming, and Dr. Powell’s assistant made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Powell took his time, asked thoughtful questions, and really worked to understand what’s going on with my body. I’m thankful for my sister Kathryn who came with me—he was great about answering her questions too, which I really appreciated.

This place is amazing! To start the office staff here is absolutely top notch. They answer the phone and know you by name even though they are pretty busy. They are cheerful and on top of whatever you need so fast it is just a pleasant relief. Billing has never been an issue here like at other places I’ve been. Check in is always fast and effortless, I never have to wait very long to be called nor wait for the doctor once called very long. Which is great because I can’t sit in chairs or stand very long with my back condition. I was bedridden for 14 months before I found this place.
