Nevada JobConnect Career Center is an exceptional resource for job seekers. The center hosts hiring events and provides individualized assistance from staff members who go above and beyond to help. While some visitors have experienced occasional gruffness from staff, the overall atmosphere is supportive. The center offers valuable tools and training, including interview skills, to aid in the job search process. With short application and wait times, visitors can expect a helpful and efficient experience.
Ms. Shay Anderson at JobConnect was amazing. She helped me with my TAMs card and Health Card and truly went above and beyond by also assisting me with clothing resources and a bus pass. Very professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Excellent customer service she’s a real asset to JobConnect.

Usually I enjoy coming to the workforce center. However today there was so much griping and grumbling at the job seekers by a staff it was hard to focus. Please just remember kindness goes a long way, especially for folks who are in need of help. :(
