Clean except for restrooms, understaffed and current employees can be rude before helpful. There is a public computer lab with access to landline phones which is very useful. Expect to wait if you don't have an appointment.

Ms. Shay Anderson at JobConnect was amazing. She helped me with my TAMs card and Health Card and truly went above and beyond by also assisting me with clothing resources and a bus pass. Very professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Excellent customer service she’s a real asset to JobConnect.
