They went above and beyond!!! The attention and concern for detail was phenomenal. I was very impressed with the HUGE selection of flooring they have. My every interaction has been dealt with genuine care. I am going through a major remodel of my home and so glad that I'm in good hands and chose them.
We visited many flooring stores in the valley but National Flooring had the BEST selection - a great variety of options. Their service was exceptional. They consistently followed up with us on the shipping and then installation timeline. And the installers took time to really assess the room and layout the best pattern. We replaced the carpet in our new build with lvp almost a year ago and started to have issues with some spots that weren't sitting correctly. This led to damage and wear on the planks and overall looked bad, creaked, and was raised off the subfloor.I called Feda to see what he could do. He ended up filing a warranty claim to the manufacturer (since it was an issue with the plank itself) and even though it took a few months to get everything in order, had his team come right back out to fix it. Even though the affected area was only maybe a 3x3 space they ended up doing the right thing and replaced a larger area versus spot fixing it.His installer (Mr. Cruz) is very friendly...read full review
