I have recently experienced agents that were either inexperienced, impaired in some way, or just didn't focus, or CARE about the lives that are just trying to follow Doctors orders by arriving to their appointments, on time or just PERIOD.

PLEASE CONDUCT REVIEWS OF THE AGENTS KNOWLEDGE OF THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES NECESSARY TO GET PATIENTS, AND PATRONS TO AND FROM THEIR DESTINATIONS.

I could write a short story BOOK on the multiple times an ERROR By MTM CUSTOMER SERVICE has jeopardized My health and well-being.
