My contractor and I have been working with Araceli on our replacement floor project. She was the most knowledgeable and professional supplier I have ever worked with. She took a keen interest in our job and offered many suggestions that really helped us make the final decision. She makes you feel comfortable and has superior personal skills with the client. The showroom itself was beautiful with a great staff and has a full selection of all MSI products. I wholeheartedly recommend MSI and Araceli.
Araceli and MSI is awesome. Araceli spent hours working through design with us and making sure we had the right products for the job. She is always communicative and answers any and all questions. She makes sure items arrive as quickly as possible. She is amazing. I can not say enough good things about her. If you need specific products or help with design of stone products you should 100% set up a meeting with her. MSI has honored prices and replaced broken materials in timely manner. Has set up quick delivers for us. Love the customer service and how responsive they are.
When a person is renovating a home, it’s not just one worker that the homeowner has to deal with.
