Mr Gates team were amazing. Showed up on time, quickly removed old ac unit and installed a new platform before installing the new AC unit. They even invited us to watch the crane remove old unit, which they hauled away then watch our Brand New unit go up into the air and on our roof. Really cool to watch. Now totally enjoying our cooler house. They were just the nicest professional people. Thank you for our new AC/Heating system.

We have been having some cooling issues at our restaurant and they came in and did some work for us, but instead of jumping to the most expensive solution, which all of the other companies we have been working with did, they suggested other options to try and help us financially, which you just don't experience this from other companies. You can tell they care and they are very quick to respond. I wish I knew about them sooner, but moving forward I plan to use them for all of our HVAC needs for our business and home. Thank you!!!
