This was the best experience ever. I had some doubts before going, but then I read some of the reviews. I purchased this as a gift for my best friends birthday and we both loved it. I like how you can adjust and taylor the massage to your needs. We will be coming back again. We left feeling so relaxed.
Well, all I can say is we had a wonderful experience. We visited the Fort Lauderdale location. It was my best friend’s birthday and I bought the experience as a gift. Little did I know, it was a gift for me too. When I paid I received instructions via phone. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name and the lady’s name was Bri. I’m sorry if I messed up your names. They were beyond helpful. Giving us instructions and reassuring us of everything. When I tell you, we were amazed at the chairs. OMG!!! Place was located in Town Square off of Las Vegas Boulevard. When my wife and I arrived, we were the only ones here which was great. We came on a Monday night right after work. The best time to come here are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday since there was no wait around dinner time. The girl at the desk is very personable and friendly. I think her name was Brianna. We were given a box where we could put our belongings and they would be right by our massage chairs. We then lie down on our backs in these chairs and both got our 30 minute massages. Neither one of us knew what to expect since this was the first for a zero gravity massage. The pressure was too hard for my wife. She asked for it to be softer, but she told me later that it was still too hard for her. Actually, the pressure was fine for me. I thought the massage was was great on the back and the feet but could have been better on the legs. that actually was not a bad massage. Plus you didn't have to worry about if you're going to get some extra services. My only concern is how they clean and disinfect after each person has sat in these chairs. Overall not bad.
