Ester was the kindest, communication was great! She explained and would ask various questions. I was super impressed with her.Massage envy now charges for every little thing!!! IMO 2 STARS OF MY 3 STAR RATING SHOULD BE REMOVED DUE TO charge for music to relax, charge for essential oils to relax omg! This is massage 101, and you don't include 10$ to have it and other various things. Nickel amd dime you to death! Needless to say .The waiting area they take you to , dirty, dusty amd of course no music or aroma therapy essential oils " to the Relax area".!!!!!!This was a gift card and I have to say. Spoke with Alexia, several times tonight in a but of Several crises tonight and is one of the most understanding and Caring person I've encountered in my 16 years of customer service.This location continues to go above and beyond continuously.

Even after getting the generic response about reaching out to the specific franchise, unfortunately doesn't seem like this company really cares about addressing concerning feedback they receive. Still haven't heard back from anyone even after contacting the franchise location.
