From the bottom of my heart I can not thank the wonderful staff enough of the entire clinic for helping Noctis!
Dr. Shoppa and her team were amazing with helping, diagnosing, and caring for Noctis. It was a scary experience for him and I. The care, compassion and kindness we received was amazing and Dr. Shoppa was very kind and understanding!

I love this Hospital. So far We've only brought our domesticated pet rats here, and now we will bring the rest of our fur babies here because the staff here really do care. Thank you Dr. Jammel. She really shows concern for her patients. She treated our Fink and Remy with concern and care. The staff here is always friendly, polite and professional. End of life isn't an easy process to go through and we had to put our Fink and Remy to rest...Lone Mountain made the process bearable and they showed empathy. Thank you to the Doctors, Nurses, and front Receptionist for everything. We'll be bringing our other fur babies here for their medical services as well. Thank you!
