I have been bringing my ferrets here since May 2021. My first visit was for an emergency when one of my ferrets got her toe stuck and dislocated part of it, then destroyed the tendon and ligaments in a frenzy to get it unstuck. They had to remove part of it. They got her in immediately, removed the useless digit and stitched her up. They were very concerned for her comfort. They were helpful and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and teach me how to scruff her to give her meds. They've been treating both my ferrets since. Highly recommended for bunny rabbit owners. Bunny owners need exotic vets they can trust in an emergency and Lone Mountain is the place to go. The fact they are open on weekends is a huge benefit, especially since my little guys always decide to get sick late on a weekend. I had two back-to-back cases of GI stasis from gut blockages that affected both of my bunnies about 3 weeks apart. Thankfully, Lone Mountain was there to help, with doctors who are knowledgeable about rabbits. This is the first time we took my dog here on 10/17/23 for giardia. He finally tested negative on 10/18/23…….I had tooken him to a different vet where he supposedly kept testing positive but I think it was lies. I come here once and they told me it was negative I feel so relieved….When I first walked in here the staff was so nice and friendly, they care!!! The vet doctor was very informative well experienced. Not like other vet hospitals that don’t tell you exactly what you need to know. But yeah 10/10 recommended this place and the prices were not that bad at all
