Fletcher Jones Sprinter and Metris on W. Sahara takes care of many of my fleet vehicles. Cal, Alex, Ralph, Abe, Steve and Kyle always deliver as promised. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Give them a try and you won't be sorry.

My 2024 sprinter van has mice problems, it took them couple of visits to figure out the problem, but they did fix it with no charge, although it is not covered by warranty. thank you

Follow up: This dealer delivered and stood by their product and assured the safety of my vehicle after it failed on me. As far as my follow up review: Huge thanks to Alex Valenzuela for standing through the sale and the repair.. Although I am upset, I must admit that Alex is a good sales manager and a true asset to Fletcher Jones family because they could have acted like shady salespeople and left me stuck. Also, most importantly I want to say thanks to Diane who has always spoke kindly to me whenever I would follow up on my complaint and directing me to Alex. I called EVERY SINGLE DAY and she knew darn well who I was and with those interactions, I felt the smile on her face when she'd greet me and answer the call. "How do you handle an irate customer and how do you deal de-escalate the situation" is a common customer service interview question. Alex and Diane know the answer to that because that's what they did: good people skills, EMPATHY, and Problem solving.
