About Las Vegas Medical Group - Centennial Primary Care
Las Vegas Medical Group - Centennial has received mixed reviews. While some patients have reported difficulty reaching the referral department and long wait times for follow-up, others have had positive experiences with the office. Front desk employees are often described as nice, and doctors and nurses are said to be great and make patients feel comfortable. Wait times are reportedly short, and patients appreciate the staff's attention to their needs. Overall, the office has its strengths and weaknesses, but many patients have reported feeling at ease and satisfied with their care.
I have been seeing Dr. Rodriguez for many years, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is kind and knowledgeable and always takes the time to talk.
The office staff is also excellent, they are always friendly and helpful.
I really like this office. Some of the front staff is nice. Sometimes calling can be a hassle, But I understand the medical field can be EXHAUSTING with phone calls and some clients. Dr. Gadde was amazing and truly took the time to care for me and listen to all my concerns. The medical assistant(?) was also wonderful! I don’t remember her name but she was so sweet and upbeat, I loved it! I’m glad I’ve found a doctors office that I trust and have pleasant experiences at.
My first experience was very pleasant. I schedule my appointment online, came in a little early to fill out new-patient paperwork, and was promptly seen for my 10:20am appointment. The woman at the front desk was courteous and helpful, and Evelyn was thoughtful and thorough in preparing me for the doctor. Dr. Lu was likewise thoughtful and thorough, and asked a lot of great questions about my health, medications, and current issues. I got a call regarding my referral to a specialist just a couple days after my appointment. So far so good.
