My AC was having issues and wasn't about to put more money into an old unit and opted for a new one. This company, it's staff, go way above and beyond just selling you a product. They have excellent customer service and communication. They did their best to make sure my family was taken care of till a unit could be replaced and answered any concerns I had through the process. Affordable, dependable, and 24 hour service. I have nothing but good things to say for this family run company. I'll be using them in the future for all my HVAC needs.
I cannot say enough thank you’s to Lake City air ! My home warranty company sent out a different ac contractor who bait and switched me several times.. I was without heat for almost 3 weeks! Finally after being told we were going to have to pay even more money for a different crane we kicked that company to the curb.. I called Lake City air, within 24 hours they had a brand new unit installed on my roof!!! And for HALF the cost of what the other company was going to charge me !! I am beyond grateful for Lake City airs efficiency, customer service and COST!! Hands down only company I would call if you have any ac or heating needs !
I can't say enough for Lake City Air. About 20 years ago Dave put an ac unit on my house. I am now a widow and had a small issue with my ac unit. Called them this morning. They came out several hours later. I was a little shocked with the bill, thought it was a bit high. Called Julie and explained I saw on their website they had discounts. After just a couple minutes my bill was substantially lowered. The tech, Adsm was very professional and explained everything to me so I could understand. I highly recommend this hometown company. Thank you again for the wonderful service. I will recommend you to everyone.
