I have been a VERY satisfied customer of Kortek for over 10 years. During that time I have had the misfortune of coming up with any number of unique computer challenges, all of which they have solved flawlessly. In particular I'd like to commend Kortek's head honcho Lyle; the guy is like a walking encyclopedia of computer knowledge. Any question I've ever brought him he was able to answer either on the spot, or find an answer for me in record time. In particular it's refreshing to observe how much he enjoys his work, and helping people out in general. Actually they are all such good people, and I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I had an older computer and was having some issues with it crashing and initially just thought I could get it fixed as I didn't want the headaches of changing everything over to a new computer. Lyle came out and did a quick assessment and immediately gave me the unfortunate news that it was time and my old computer should be in a museum. He was extremely professional and patient. He worked with me to keep everything looking the same and now that the dust has settled I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for an honest person who's extremely professional Lyle at Kortek is your guy. Thanks Lyle for everything.

As a staff member of a company that uses Kortek for all our IT needs, I can, without hesitation, attest to the fact that Kortek is responsive to my needs, addresses all issues in a courteous and professional manner, and is knowledgeable in all things computer and network related.I recently had a major issue (one that I probably caused) and like super heroes, they came to save the day. Using a bit of computer magic, they were able to recover a lost file and save me a substantial amount of work.This is but one example of how their support to the end user is unwavering.
