Customers appreciate the prompt shipping of orders, often dispatched the same day. The warehouse, while not designed as a walk-in store, features a friendly staff that is usually helpful, although some recent experiences during COVID-19 precautions have noted a lack of usual courtesy. The business has undergone significant improvements under new management, providing a clean and efficient environment. Always impressed by their turn around time from placing my order to shipping. With car washes, we can’t always have a back stock of all items, and they always send my orders out within the same day, and this is for the cheapest option.
Kleen-Rite in Las Vegas is a warehouse and is not really intended to be a walk-in store. In the past, however, I have visited the warehouse and was treated to a friendly staff that gladly and quickly helped me. The process of picking stuff up at the warehouse is not great during covid-19 precautions, and the person that brought out my stuff was even a bit rude which I found unusual for Kleen-Rite. I will continue to use their exceptional mail-order service for my carwash parts, but I'll probably avoid picking stuff up at the warehouse for the foreseeable future.
Bryan and his team along Jo are amazing the old crew here was a disaster they cleaned up this place like a night and day it is amazing now and running fast and efficient I have been a customer here for 10 years and I’ve never seen them so clean and quick.
