I was having plumbing problems today & had another plumber come & tell this company sold me inferior product but tonight Mr Mike called me & explained the system & the benefits that I have received from this company & he took the time to make me understand & everything I get from freedom water. Greetings to all. I have some handyman experience in different trades and by no means an expert. I never installed a house water filter. This freedom filter was the first. The installation was quite manageable and ease. The only bid of concern was that the filter comes with two flexible tubings that are one inch instead of 3 quarters. I went to a plumbing specialty store to get an adaptor that reduces the one inch to 3/4 so I can connect my existing water pipes.
I also called freedom customer service and was very pleased with their help.
Overall great experience, no leaks, system runs great.
Not bad for a 63 year old man, that weighs 140 pounds.

Good communication. We have had the water system about 6 weeks and it seems efficient. The personnel answered all of our questions and were professional.
Installation went smoothly and the piping is out of the way as it runs across the ceiling edge of the garage.
We added padding to protect the tank from our vehicle door when it opens in the garage.
