I had pest control come spray my home and was very happy with their service. Within the 30-day guarantee period, I noticed some ants and spiders returning. I contacted them, and they responded right away, sending someone out to respray at no additional cost. The team was professional, prompt, and courteous, and I truly appreciate how they stand behind their work. Highly recommend!
I recently used Kellogg Pest Control and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Kevin, in particular, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions patiently. The rat was dealt with effectively, and I haven't had any issues since. We recently had Kellogg Pest Control come out for a one time spray around the outside of our home and in the garage. We found them to be extremely professional and thorough. They checked for pests in ways that none of the previous companies we used ever did. The communication we received was great and they were very prompt, arriving right in the 30 minute window we were given when we booked (other companies always seem to give a 1-2 hour range).
On top of all that, they were the best price by a decent amount. We’ve definitely found our new pest control company and wholeheartedly recommend them!
