Watch out! There are "plans" that you sign up for if you think you are buying a one time cleaning. They say the agreement is clear, but it is not. When told "I only want a one time cleaning" BEFORE BUYING they responded saying "go ahead and schedule a one time cleaning. You can cancel at any time with no charge." Then they want to charge me $187 for one cleaning because their "plan" was cancelled "BEFORE 6 MONTHS!!!" Despite explaining what I thought I was buying, and that I don't even live here except a few months of the year they refuse to budge. The website is confusing. Now they say I have "Forever Clean" membership which is "separate" And which I NEVER ASKED FOR !!! I feel very mislead and tricked. don't recommend this to anyone!
JoJina and Vicki did a deep clean of our home today. They were on time, easy to talk to, and super detail oriented! Our home looks amazing and cleaner than when we first moved in, highly recommend!
Jojina is a person that will bring joy to any household! She's the type of person that will come give you a hug and who you'd love to hug! I called Jojina last minute because our cleaner left on FMLA the day we expected her and we're kinda desperate because everyone else we had tried has been doing a very sloppy work. I did not expect her to show up at our doorstep within the hour and I definitely did not expect her to send three cleaners within two hours! Our house is more or less very clean however these ladies other than the fact they also were super happy and so much fun (imagine a house full of laughter) they left the whole house spotless and shiny. On a usual basis now we have two cleaners coming, always on time and always super happy, with laughter happiness and joy! We just love them! Their service is consistent, doesn't have "fancy" price catalogs like other crews do, your money go a long way here and Jojina has built a very reliable business model with people who love what they do! The best part is that Jojina is one of her crew members - she's also a cleaning crew member that works two and some times three houses a day while taking calls and meeting new customers. A true leader. If you thought your house was clean, or that your cleaning crew is doing a terrific job, wait until you see your house after Jojina and her ladies are done with it.
