Charles cleaned our three types of floors yesterday: laminate, tile and carpet. He also resealed the laminate and grout in between the tile. He was so kind. So professional and courteous. I called and spoke to Jeff. After explaining my grout had become dingy, he offered a couple options to meet my budget and needs. I was scheduled quickly. Jacob and Charles arrived early for the appointment and did a sample area to make sure they could deliver on Jeff's promises. Once I was satisfied, Jacob and Charles did a great job. Very efficient and repectful of my furniture ... and my dog! I am very happy with the the service I received from J2 Cleaning.
