We were referred to J&J by Quick Dry Restoration after a gasket broke in our master tub drain and flooded underneath the tiles. While the process did take a while from start to finish (approximately 3 months), it was a pleasure to work with them and have them in our home. We had Felipe as the project manager and his team (Gilberto, Alex, Adrian, Francisco) was great! They did everything that I asked for and helped me bring my vision to life. I apologize for the delay in leaving this review, but we absolutely wanted to recognize this amazing team! After a plumbing leak in our condo that affected the laundry room and guest bathroom, we had tear out work completed and then turned to J & J for the final restoration. Once our insurance cleared, the entire process was smooth and efficient—taking only about a week. The contractors were upfront and honest, listened to our aesthetic preferences, and delivered exactly what they promised, including reinstalling our appliances.
