Home warranty call on a short cycling AC condenser. It would turn on/off every minute and a half until the area cooled down. Obviously would kill the life of the condenser. Their tech Albert came out did a great job diagnosing a tricky fix and explained it really well to me what was wrong. They fixed the issue and their tech was professional and friendly. I would recommend them in the future.
Dallas picked up my call at 832pm( called 2 other companies that never answered; both called back the next morning but they were too late therefore there loss). Dallas never rushed me as I explained the issue ( no air blowing while AC is on). I felt so bad calling late at night( he calmed me down). He could've either turned me away or chose to have a tech come the next morn. Richard showed up b4 the 2 hr mark, wasted no time to find the issue( blow motor super dirty& needs replacement). He wasn't annoyed answering my questions along the way& advised to switch out filter every 30 days in the summer which makes a lot of sense considering the Vegas heat.
