Just had the 80 minutes stress relief treatment and it was excellent. Torah (I hoped I spelled her name right) was wonderful. Explained everything , ahead and the massage was just wonderful and felt so good. Just what needed. The place is clean. Staff is very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend.
Great couples' experience at this spa! As others said, free parking, just enter the parking lot of the Cancun Resort Hotel (Hilton property) and park, stop at the front desk, and they'll direct you to a separate building near the pool (which is 300-500 feet from reception area) for your spa experience. It took us less than 15 mins to drive from MGM Grand and if you're vacationing here, it's worth the drive (and avoiding high strip prices) if you have a car. The place is small, not super fancy but nice ambiance, modern spa feel and very clean. The spa manager was super sweet and we enjoyed chatting with her as our rooms were prepped. I usually never put reviews but i was asked to and I felt the need to put a good review for the friendly staff and therapists. I had the very best massage to my neck that I ever experienced. For the life of me I didn't get her name. I would look for her again. Nice small location so don't expect much but my family was treated well.
