High recommend this company. From the first call they were so kind and efficient. Our air went out and Devin came by very quickly and let us know our options. He was so knowledgeable and personable. We decided it was better to replace the unit. They offered us different units and had them available. We had a new unit shortly after and they even had a warrant! Thanks for keeping us cool!
Nothing worse than returning home to 105-degree heat after seven days in beautiful San Diego ... only to find one of your A/C units not working — and on a holiday weekend no less. Major props to Infinity Heating & Cooling, though. They dispatched one of their techs on Labor Day morning, and Pablo had the repair done (and the cold air flowing) in half an hour. Very fair price, too. Highly recommend!
My scheduled time was 6-8 PM. About 4:30 I got a text (immediately followed by a phone call) saying my tech was on the way. It only got better from there! Jorge was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Alex (in the office) treated me as if I was the most important person in the world. I would absolutely recommend your company to anyone who needs a heating/cooling company. Thank you.
