Hotworx Centennial has everything I want in a workout. Makes me feel great and relaxed and like I had a great workout whether I need a hard or easy, short or long one depending on the day.
This is my first time at this facility! I had such a great experience. A staff member named Siri helped me get all acclimated to the equipment and how to use the sauna. I'm super awkward in new environments and made me feel less uncomfortable. It took me a minute to figure out how to log in to schedule a class but once I figured it out it was easy. Excited to start using this place to improve my health over all.
Give it a try! I was looking for something new to get me out of my postpartum funk. SoFar, so great. There isn’t an overwhelming amount of traffic and other members (and staff) are kind and even motivating. You can keep to yourself by booking a room and reading a book or follow a whole workout routine. If you aren’t feeling a sauna situation you can always use the free weights or cable setup. I will say I wish they offered first responder and/or military discounts.
