It would be good policy to hear from a Manager to learn how things are going. No one has called in the 15 months I have employed this Company. No current problems yet support would have been appreciated. Website states staff are evaluated on a regular basis yet I have never been contacted!
I understand there are new owners in the past 4-5 months, yet still no reaching out. Never an email to clients informing us of office personnel changes, new hours, holiday office breaks, etc... things we need to know.
Overall a great caregiving experience and a particular shout out to the scheduler, Denver, who goes above and beyond in her daily office work. She is amazing, such a great communicator. Always a kind word and a quick 'fix' to staffing needs. She is the LINK to the client's family, for sure**
