My boyfriend called to let them know I was dissatisfied with the wilted flowers. Today, Gyna's redelivered nicer flowers. Although it was not Valentine's Day, it made my day. Thanks for correcting the mistake. Because we all make mistakes

First off, I have never ordered flowers before in my life because I had reservations about flower deliveries. I don't know why. But, this year for Valentine's day I had put that aside and wanted to do something special for my boyfriend. Secondly, Yes, I know, this part is probably my bad for waiting until the last possible minute and ordering 8am on the day OF Valentine's day and online no less (Hence the extra star on the review). I told myself everything will be fine. Third, The Delivery: I called on my lunch break mid-day and I was told it would be delivered by 4pm and I told Gyna's Flowers on the phone that my bf leaves at 4pm. I have tried 4 different flower places for delivery they all sucked till now! My wife loved these and they actually looked better than advertised instead of the other way around. Gynas will be my go to for flowers unless they screw up.Thanks
