Had a poor experience with another pool service company. Called Guaranteed Pool Service for their help. They were very good and helpful. The technician was knowledgeable and quickly and easily completed my pool pump motor replacement, including checking the pump impeller and replacing gaskets.I highly recommend this company.
We thought our pool pump went out so we called Guareenteed Pools after calling what felt like the entire valley. Mr.Robert sent some right out and his tech let us know it was actually just the clock mechanism. I was impressed with how prompt they took care of it and after talking to Robert he is a hoot!
Had a pool pump motor die after the last rain storms. Called Guaranteed Pool Service for repair. They gave a date for service, a promise to try to provide an almond color pump motor (instead of black) and a price for the motor replacement. The technician showed up as promised, shortly after the phone call to tell us he was on his way. He had an almond color pump motor and a new O-ring kit.
