We are so glad we went with Greencare! They built an amazing pool for us. Becky was amazing as well. Without her we would not have gotten through it! We completed our pool building project last month. I waited a whole month before leaving a review. I wanted to make sure everything was fine and dandy before I left them a good review. I did not want to go back and edit my review and say “oh well it didn’t hold up well.” etc. I am happy to report that my entire backyard is holding nicely. Everything Gary and his team put into my backyard was top notch. I am very happy with the work performed. It was a beast of a project though. I was regretting the process in the middle of it. We use our backyard so much. It was frustrating to not have full access to it since there was so much work being done. I have a front yard that my family and the dogs used instead. I can’t imagine going through this project without a front yard or some type of park within walking distance so my kids and dogs can enjoy being outside. It made me realize that I don’t use my front yard enough! During our custom project, we had a great time working with Gary. He was knowledgable, personable and very punctual. I loved that he would call if he was running late to an appointment. I think that speaks volumes to his work ethic. I happy to have my backyard back. My dogs are happy as well. They love the new turf. Feels great and extra plush. The pool looks pristine. The hot tub was exactly what we needed during a cold winter in Las Vegas. I also want to encourage parents to keep your pool fenced and to take your kids to swim lessons to make sure they know how to safely swim and exit the pool. Pool safety is a big deal! I made sure my kids went to swim practice right away even though they were only 3 and 4 years old at the time. My kids know how to swim and exit the pool. They are champs! Overall, I am happy with my project. I am glad I went with Gary. Couldn’t have asked for more!
We’ve heard so many amazing things about Daniel from our neighbor who worked with him. We knew we needed to hire him to handle our custom pool build. I loved working with Daniel. He did an amazing job taking care of our project and keeping the workers in line to make sure things were done within a timely manner. I was a little weirded out that he was not there all the time, but I realize a good manager doesn’t need to be there all the time. He did an amazing job taking care of things from a far. I am sure he handles multiple projects as well. He showed up when he needed to and communicated constantly with us. I really appreciated the open communication and support. During the project, we relied heavily on the superintendents that took care of each section of the build as well. Carlos was amazing during the excavation. My husband is an environmental scientist so he enjoyed that part the most. It was crazy to see what they dug up! Our house is really old so it’s been through a few generations. Nathan took care of the plumbing crews. Juan was the main guy who took care of the rest of the project along with Hector who managed the landscaping and fire pit. RC was also amazing to work with and he is soooo funny. Mary and Monique are the account managers who made sure my account was current with all charges explained when it came time to pay. I never had any issues with the entire experience. I am sure there probably were issues, but everyone on the Greencare team took care of things so smoothly that I never noticed. I don’t know if I will ever work with Greencare again. Based on my experience I would hire them 10 times over because it was so amazing. That is the key word for the day: amazing!!! I recommend working with Daniel. He will get the job done with a no fuss attitude. I am sure the other project managers are also amazing. I can only review on who I worked with so I highly recommend Daniel and the greencare crew. You’ll feel amazing when everything is done!
