Just had chest surgery and was needing a cleansing shampoo so badly. The online check-in process works! The place was clean. Malea (Malaya?) was very compassionate and gave me the most luxurious and satisfying shampoo session ever. Beyond customer service, she was very considerate and gentle. She even offered to braid it.
