Let me start out by saying, I always have a great experience here. Tanya was going to cut my son’s hair and he had a special request and she didn’t feel confident and asked her co-worker Al for help The attitude that Al gave her made me cringe. It was hard to watch. He kind of “showed” her by pointing to my son’s head and she said “do you maybe just want to take him and do it and I’ll do another client?” She knew that Al would probably be better at it and she asked him so nicely! He YELLED “I’m showing you how to do it!” He kept talking down to her and saying things like that and we just kept looking at each other in disbelief. I’m in management....read full review
Shaila cut my hair today and oh my goodness it was the best haircut I have ever had. My hair stayed long, the layers are even, she was super sweet throughout the hair cut. I definitely recommend you see her.
The vibe here has really changed. It used to be so fun with stylists chatting with everyone, but now it feels like they don't even want to cut your hair. There's a lot of turnover, so no one bothers to remember names anymore. I always tip well, but it's just not the same now. Why?
