There was no hand soap in the bathroom, no hot water and the tub would bearly drain. We paid a lot of money to stay in joining rooms with our son which were booked way in advance and when we got there we were placed on opposite ends of the hall. A little bit disappointed in the whole stay. But the Mob museum was great.
Gave our room away. Arrived at 7:30p ~ nothing they could do 🙄so we got the standard room & listened to the music all night from fremont st. I would have paid more to not have that music. Room was just okay. Service overall was just okay. Won’t be back.
Customer service people are professional and efficient. There was a payment irregularity and they resolved it at the checkout. The first room was unacceptably noisy and they changed it the next morning. Completely satisfied with their prompt service. Thank you!
