Our time at the spa was amazing. Rachel’s facial was to die for. All massages were fantastic.They accidentally charged us the wrong price bc we had a Groupon and called us four days later apologizing and refunding our account. We were so relaxed we didn’t realize it was incorrect. Really really relaxing day !!!

As a spa lovers, this location was great super professional. I had a facial which cost like $225 and I also bought one of their product. My facial was okay I'm use to total face and neck and an actual extraction which I didn't get, all the white/blackhead are still under my skin. But 4stars is solid

I came here to use the day pass and fitness center a few times. Elizabeth, and Liz helped me and they were very welcoming and pleasant. Yasmeen, not so much. She needs to learn a thing or two about professionalism. I enjoyed lounging in the relaxation room and reading magazines. The tea was a lovely blend of peach ginger and another tea they had was a blueberry one! The steam room is very spacious as well. The fitness center has a Peloton which was very fun to use and track my progress. The gym has a beautiful view of the pools. The massages are also great. I recommend the bamboo enhancement to get rid of all the tension and knots and for lymphatic drainage. Not many...read full review
