GK3 designed my home remodel and did fabulous work. They were efficient thorough and paid close attention to detail. I was very specific about what I wanted and they listened and turned my ideas into drawings! Their work was so accurately done in accord with safety building codes that building permits were granted without requiring a single change. My construction has passed every single inspection with flying colors! They suggested ways I could save some $$ and my work with contractors proved them right. Gemie was fantastic to work with. We are adding a guest house to our property but had never undertaken such a project. Gemie was incredible patient and helpful as we worked through all of the iterations of our project. When we hit a roadblock that required us to rework the entire design. Gemie worked hard to come up with very creative solutions to help us work everything we wanted into a much smaller space. She also helped us coordinate with professionals to complete the necessary inspections needed and helped us file our permit.
