Our company just purchased several computers to upgrade. Austin completed the site visit. After we made the transition, there were some minor bugs to correct. Is there a 100 out of 100 option Austin and his team are always on top of it. They never miss a thing. They are timely and have great solutions for almost anything you could want for your office from phone systems, hardware, security, you name it. GenTeks has been my personal IT company for a while and every time I refer them they get the job and they get the job done right the first time. If you’re using anyone else but GenTeks you are just hurting yourself on purpose now that you know they exist
