I enjoyed your fashion show location last month and brought my husband yesterday. We had to go to your planet fitness location due to the reno. I called to get information/directions and Renee answered. She told me how far away she was, where to park etc. I needed the bathroom, my spouse was was hungry and thought that he needed a drink to be able to try it out. She told us where to find it all. Renee is amazing! So nice & friendly, super funny! She convinced my Jerry husband to try it too!

Our family adored this experience and our hostess, Ms. Kim made all the difference! She was welcoming, kind and thoughtful. She made sure our 3 year old son felt at ease with the new experience by guiding his feet into the water gently. She spoke to us all the entire time and genuinely seemed excited about our new experience along with us!
