I paid an extra for the express service and they only sent him an email saying that they were not suitable to receive the day I had to receive them but the quality of the arrangement is excellent and the roses are very beautiful ????“

They assured me they did have the flowers, and she would get them the next day. I got a picture of the arrangement when they finished it and let me know when they were at her home. She loved them!“

When I picked them up, they were way SMALLER then we expected because we ordered PREMIUM. So I panicked and called my son and said this isn't what you were expecting! They are horrible!
