I was refereed to Jim of Best of Show to be my contractor for the Tenant Improvement for my business. He and his team did a great job 3 years ago. I just used him a gain for my 2nd location and he did a great job again. Two major reasons for the recommendation: #1 The final cost was almost exactly the same as the original bid/estimate. #2 He was pretty much on time. The first store opened 11 days after promised, and the second store opened 9 days late. I understand most contractors have huge cost overrun, and are chronically late, so Jim outshines them all.

I cannot say enough great things about Floorworks. They are a well run top quality floor installer and highly recommended them. We were just so lucky to bump into Victor from Floorworks at a flooring supply store. Victor is awesome. He saw us struggling to find the right tile for our outdoor patio. He went out of his way and stopped to see if he could answer questions. He was so nice, eager to help and gave us an impressive feeling about Floorworks that we wanted an estimate from them. We have looked into getting our floor done in the past by other installers but always backed out not feeling confident, always too many red flags. BUT our gut feeling about Floorworks was 100% right and you should feel confident choosing them. So here's how it went: Our job consisted of about 700 square feet of porcelain tile to go over our ugly painted concrete patio. There is a built in bbq, crevices, columns, curves and uneven surface on our patio. Jerry Lee came out to measure our floor and let me tell you we were very impressed with him. He has been in the business a long time and his knowledge on floor installation is superior. He told us what needed to be done THE RIGHT way to get an iron clad life long floor. He emphasized no matter who we hired to install the floor, the tile will start to come up over time if not properly done and to make sure whoever installs the floor that all the steps for prepping the floor are done, and by the way no other installer ever mentioned to us some steps Jerry said needed to be done to get that iron clad floor. You see right there we knew he cares about his reputation and the workmanship and wasn't going to just throw down some half ass floor. Remember when all businesses had integrity? The extra bonus with Jerry Lee is he is a straight to the point super nice guy and he will tell you like it is with no sugar coating or BS to get your business. We really respected and trusted him and totally knew he is the one we wanted to hire. Just two days later (not weeks!) Jose and his team arrived to install our floor. I might add always on time. They were very courteous, extremely efficient, kept our property clean and free of debris and most importantly HIGHLY SKILLED. They expediently prepped our floor then right to the floor install. They were meticulous and worked so hard and non stop! All the edges and curves done to perfection. So to anyone searching to get your floors installed and want impeccable workmanship, impeccable employees all done expeditiously and courteously look no further. So hard to pick trustworthy competent businesses these days especially in Vegas because there are so many to chose from and if you don't pick the right business you are left to deal with the nightmare and additional expenses after the company you hired is long gone. We had not one issue. The floor is beautiful and perfect and would hire them again in an instant. Thank you so much Floorworks you have made us very very happy.

I felt compelled to write a review for Floor Works. I ordered my tile, arranged for delivery and an estimate on square footage. I was going to do the job myself, but life managed to get in the way, and I contacted Floor Works. I was able to make a rapid appointment with Mr. Lee. He was most polite, and very professional. I might add that he was in and out in a flash. It took him about twenty minutes at the most. He was very knowledgeable as well. I then had some issues with the delivery company, after cancelling the delivery three times, because Floor Works was kind enough to provide FREE delivery. They finally managed to return the tile they had mistakenly removed. I am now looking at Jesus and Juan install my floor. It is Amazing and Beautiful. These guys are doing such a great job!. They have been doing a great job, and are also most Cordial and Professional. I would love to have them back to finish the entire home. My final bit of information would be to Thank Linda for following this from start to finish. She ironed out any issues that were slowing things down (if that was possible with Floor Works), and managed to see things through to the finish. I have not really had the Kind Service in a very long time that I have received from Linda. I was a contractor in Vegas for years. She is very comfortable to work with and she makes you feel as if you have known her for years. I am having them back next month to finish the rest of the downstairs. They just made it amazingly easy! I Thank all of those that had my tile, estimate, and install done in less than a week. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Floor Works for Any and All Tile Needs. I honestly do not know how they could improve on perfection!
